Trouble was one of those sweet Boxer boys that you just couldn't forget. Not only could he knock your socks off with his silly antics, but when you saw him, he always left an impression. He was a beautiful moving boy, who literally just floated around the ring.
Trouble started his show career when he was 8 months old. He finished Canadian Championship in just 5 days of showing with a VERY inexperienced Handler at the end of the leash.... ME! Together, Trouble and I have grown as a team. Trouble has almost accomplished teaching me to be a little more... um... shall we say... competent instead of being all fingers and thumbs. Finishing Trouble's Canadian Championship will be something I never forget! :)
Wendy and James Bettis brought out the absolute best in him. Trouble finished his American Championship in only 15 days of showing, becoming a DUAL Champion before he was 2 years of age!!!!
Trouble was also my first ever Obedience dog. He finished his CD in 3 out of 4 Trials. Thank you so much Laurie Stayura, who was my Instructor, and to Grandma Karen (Oxtoby), who helped us continually with obstacles. We definatly couldn't have done it without you. A HUGE Thank you to my Mom and Shasta (Trouble's White daughter), who finished her CD Title at the very tender age of 10 months! Trouble and his Dad (Sabre), then proceeded to show EVERYONE that boys can do things together... and do them with style. Trouble and Sabre competed in a Brace Obedience class and did so well! I am so proud of them and their Handler, Grandma Karen!
Trouble then became a Canadian SOM in August of 2003! We are so very proud of Trouble, his kids, and all their accomplishments. Thank you so much to those Breeders who believed so much in Trouble and what he has to offer.
Trouble has been cleared of SAS via Color Doppler and Echocardiogram and had 2 VPCs on his 24 hour Holter Monitor (October 2004). He has also had his hips PennHip tested.
Trouble has been added to the World Wide Boxer!
